The site aims to give local residents and people who are thinking of moving into one of the new homes, as well as local community and voluntary groups and local businesses, an idea of what the regeneration process means and how it will translate into an improved Walker Riverside for everyone.

£450m is being invested over the next 10 to 15 years with nearly 1800 new homes being built and a new Heart of Walker with improved shopping and leisure facilities, new school, better transport links and first rate community services.
