Welcome to the Walker Riverside regeneration project website. The site aims to give local residents and people who are thinking of moving into one of the new homes, as well as local community and voluntary groups and local businesses, an idea of what the regeneration process means and how it will translate into an improved Walker Riverside for everyone.

£450m is being invested in Walker Riverside over the next 15 years with new homes being built at sites across the area and a new Heart of Walker created which will see new shops, investment in leisure facilities, a new school, better transport links and improved community services.
